World in Dots

Create a map of the world or a country in dots. I really don't know why, but I love it.

I've created the Netherlands with a customized red background and 'square dots'. It resembles a 'what do you see first' picture: the Netherlands or the head of a woman.

A very basic one would be:

Stolen camera finder

'Stolen camera finder'. Nice one! Simple and could work.

Upload a photo and it searches the web for other photo's taken with the same camera by means of the serial number.

Step inside your favorite song

Yes, it's possible with Inside Music, a collaboration between Song Exploder and some artists across different genres: Phoenix, Perfume Genius, Natalia Lafourcade, Ibeyi, Alarm Will Sound, and Clipping.

"The experiment lets you explore layers of music all around you, using spatial audio to understand how a piece of music is composed. You can even turn layers on and off, letting you hear the individual pieces of a song in a new way."

Playtime! - Song Lyrics Generator

Did you always want to write a song? Or do you just want to have some fun? Use the Song Lyrics Generator.

I did. I picked Village People, filled in a couple of fields ... et voila!

What Do You Want To Be R2D2?
By SylK's Playground
In the style of The Village People
Where can you find pleasure?
Search the world for treasure?
Where can you go away?
Make your dreams all come true?
Where can you use your brain?

In Amsterdam!
Yes, you can go away!
In Amsterdam!
Yes, you can use your brain!
In Amsterdam!
Come on now R2D2, make a stand.
In Amsterdam!

R2D2, go away.
I said, R2D2, use your brain.

It's awesome to think in Amsterdam.
It's awesome to think in Amsterdam.

They have bicycle,
You can go away.

It's awesome to think in Amsterdam.
It's awesome to think in Amsterdam.

They have brain,
You can use your brain.

R2D2, are you listening to me?
I said, R2D2, what do you want to be?
I said, R2D2, you can make real your dreams.
But you got to know this one thing:

I love you.

And...

It's awesome to think in Amsterdam.
It's awesome to think in Amsterdam.

Than this is something for you: Inspirobot. If you lack inspiration.

(This is a service message by SylK's Playground ... I only like them rude and offensive)

Kahoot!

Gesundheit! Never heard of it. Do you? We had a Salesforce training this week and the trainer used Kahoot! (Gesundheit), a fun learning game. Trainer was on laptop, we were on our mobile phone. With very annoying music. Check it out!

(btw I won some delicious chocolates)

I just don't like text emoticons

Sorry, but I really don't like them. I see online huge very complicated text emoticons. I never had the urge to try it, do it, use it, figure it out. But ... I'm a very nice person. This post is especially for people who do like them. It's a Text Emoticon Generator! Yippie!

Beware ... I'm not responsable for the result

Ever heard of The Visual Telling Of Stories (Fulltable.com)? Enter on your own risk. It's a visual labyrinth. Created and still maintained by Dr Chris Mullen. In his words:

A LYRICAL ENCYCLOPEDIA OF VISUAL PROPOSITIONS
RUGGED DESIGN IN OPPOSITION TO ELEGANCE
IT’S BIGGER THAN YOU COULD EVER THINK
JUST EXPLORE — NO CLUES FROM ME

I don't know about you, but I'm bookmarking this one. Loads of inspiration.
