Storage, Studio & View ... I Need All

I recently moved back to Amsterdam. And now finally I have a roof terrace. The house is old but renovated so no storage at all. This will look awsome on my roof terrace but I don't think the local government will give me permission to build.

Architect Max Prichard build this himself. It has the storage (downstairs), it has the studio (upstairs) and it got the view. See for yourself.
