The Innocence Of Objects

Guess I have to go to Istanbul.

"The Museum of Innocence created in Istanbul by the Turkish novelist and Nobel Prize winner Orhan Pamuk. This small, beautifully realized, vertical display, which occupies a burgundy-hued house in the city’s Çukurcuma neighborhood, is a parallel project planned for many years by Pamuk as a development of his 2008 novel, also titled The Museum of Innocence."

Vestel Pirates vs Somali Pirates

Commercial for the Turkish export company Vestel. It is funny ... but a bit far from reality and the product.

Not far off the Somali coast one of the big Vestel cargo vessels is taken over by pirates! Within a split of a second the ship has a new captain, the soup is gone as well as the cargo itself. Will our Vestrons be able to strike back?
