Zalando vs Old Spice

Is it just me? The new Zalando commercials with James Franco resemble the old Old Spice commercials. Look and feel. I was watching them on television and I had to think of the Old Spice Man (the 'old' one). I've checked if it was the same advertising agency (W+K) but as far as I could see they did it themselves.
