When we fall ... that's probably the only time we really need help.
"The tendency for women to fall flat in order to somehow catch the man of their dreams appears to be pretty standard in the romantic comedy genre, and you could have a feminist field day trying to figure out why. Is it about the need for a woman to feel vulnerable before admitting the need for help, aka a man? Is it a statement that no matter how far a woman tries to go, she hasn’t seen anything until she’s seen it from the bottom? Or is it the weekend, and we can just laugh and say it makes us feel better to see beautiful women fall down just like the rest of us?"
