"There are a handful of directors and films that I simply cannot imagine our world without. Looking at the top of each list, one name is especially prevalent; Stanley Kubrick. A world without his genius? A world that never saw 2001? Kubrick would turn 85 this month, this short is a small tribute to the sense of mystery and exploration that he instilled in me as a child, and continues to grow to this day.
